what meditation has to do with science?
How does it work with brainwaves frequency?
There are five different frequency of brainwaves, operate at all time either when you’re asleep or awake. There are Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta and Gamma. These are constantly in motion since the brain is consistently producing waves in all frequencies, so everything you do and say is regulated by the frequency of your brain waves, and one frequency will dominate in any given situation.
BETA, the Beta brainwave is active when we are talking, communicating, thinking, calculating.
Beta’s frequency is between 14-28 cycle per second.
It’s almost the fastest one. Gamma is the fastest.
If you are at the beginning of beta which is the 14 you will be acting much calmer, you will find peace when you are working or performing tasks. But if you are at the top of the Beta, around 28 range of frequencies you will see yourself panic, anxiety, and stress. If I use the analogy of driving the car, you are overdrive. When you are rushing, panic or anxious, you are overactive at the top range of Beta frequency. Stay at the top range of Beta frequency too often will
cause you to stress, depression, it affects your health.
On the contrasty, If you are at the beginning of Beta bridging and closing to Alpha, you will be able to focus on your task at peace.
Meditation will help you to improve the ability to manage
the brainwaves. It becomes a habit.
Alpha Brainwave, Alpha’s frequency is between 7-14 cycle per second, slower than Beta.
The Alpha brain wave is the state of relaxation. The Alpha is active when you close your eyes. When you are at
the beginning of the Alpha state, around seven or eight, you are accessing the meditative state, feeling very relaxed but when you raise the frequency higher close to 12, 13, 14 range you will become aware as the feeling of the integration between mind & body. You are completely aware of your body. In the meditation states, we call it mindfulness meditation.
Mindful Meditation practices awareness, alertness, you will
be in the Alpha frequency around 10-14 cycle per second.
Practice yourself to be mindful and stay in the Alpha brainwave helps to improve performance in all activities with peace. If you want to develop and experience in deep relaxation state, then Yoga Nidra Meditation helps you to be more relax in the body and still mindful of your body.
Theta brainwave is between 3-7 cycle per second. It’s the state of trance, hypnosis when you can access and work with the subconscious. Theta brainwave becomes active when you are just about to fall asleep. It’s also the state of obtaining your consciousness.
Most brainwaves use in healing is the Alpha and the Theta.
When you are in the Theta brainwave state, you are receptive to all information, and that is why most healings manifested.
All changes, habits, behaviors happen in the trance state. It’s
the way to reprogram your subconscious mind.
Delta Brainwave is a deep sleep state slowest frequency, and the last one is Gamma the fastest frequency between 30-5000 cycle per second. It usually happens or active when you face the stage of danger or emergency. When Theta and Gamma active at once, it could create instant healing as we call “Miracle.”
Why should you meditate?
Meditation helps you achieving your brainwave which means helping you manage your thoughts, emotions, actions which means it can help you to remove and recreate your habits and behavior.
